Our sales are growing
Since 1999, Planters Realty has been growing by leaps and bounds. Transactions in 2004 increased 63%, and sales doubled over 2003! In 2005 Planters Realty sales skyrocketed 255% as transaction volume increased 35%.

2008 has been a critical year for Planters Realty as we have successfully made the transition from a local investment brokerage working on 1-4 unit investments to a full-fledged commercial brokerage as we expect transaction volume to soar more than 60% over 2007 by the strength of the large commercial transaction in which we are involved. In addition, Planters Realty has focused on attracting quality commercial sales executives to further facilitate its reach into the commercial real estate investment markets. As a licensed broker in five states, Planters Realty is poised to explode into the Mid-Atlantic as commercial real estate force in 2009.

In the last two years, Planters Realty has moved to larger space twice and has increased their staff 500%. 2006 was a critical "building" year for Planters Realty as we upgraded our offices to a high-end office building and location and made several other infrastructure moves that strengthened and positioned us for solid and sustainable growth in 2007. Through the seven months ending 2007 Planters Realty has reached $12 million in sales with close to $3 million more booked which should put us on track for another record year. Watch us grow!
