Planters Realty is owned and operated by Stewart Bernstein.
Mr. Bernstein has leased and managed office and retail properties in multiple
markets around the country since 1986. After receiving a Masters degree in
Real Estate in 1990 from the University of Denver, Mr. Bernstein began managing
and brokering single and multi-family housing with thousands of units nationwide.
Today Mr. Bernstein provides investment real estate brokerage services to the
Baltimore and national investment community. To

Brett Weil – Sales
Executive |
| Mr. Weil heads up Planters’ industrial
and office brokerage activities after experience in construction
management with The Shorenstein Company in San Francisco, self-storage
development with The William Warren Co. of Pacific Palisades, CA
and distribution logistics with Port Newark Refrigerated Warehouse
in New Jersey. Mr. Weil received his B.A. from UCLA with Highest
Honors, speaks two foreign languages, and possesses broad international
